The overall purpose of the Leadership Training Program in Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Nutrition is to improve the quality and appropriateness of nutrition services and policies consistent with the nutrition and MCH objectives in Healthy People 2010 and the rapidly changing needs of the population.

The goal is to prepare leaders among the public health nutrition profession to be ready to take their places in federal, state, and local agencies to assure a strong national public health infrastructure.

How To Apply

The Leadership Training Program in Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Nutrition supports registered dietitians (RD) pursuing a doctoral or master’s degree, and enrolled graduates students pursuing their RD eligibility requirements at one of the five partner universities.
