Description
This session will introduce concepts related to adaptive and change leadership to help participants understand the foundational leadership principles and processes that are helpful to guide workforce shifts towards new directions. Participants will be introduced to tools and methods to use in collective design and development efforts to tackle hard to solve upstream challenges related to state nutrition efforts for maternal child health populations.
This session has five short recorded components with a corresponding handout for each section.

The audience for these leadership modules are: nutrition/dietetics/MPH students, MCH nutrition staff, their agencies, and partners. These modules can be integrated training programs, dietetic internships, team meetings or professional development opportunities.
