- Read “Mentoring 101” by John Maxwell (less than $10, small, and easy to read). We have provided documents to guide your reading and the meeting time. One is a Worksheet and the other describes the World Cafe Method. Please print these and bring them to the meeting with you.
- Take a free personality test based on Carl Jung’s and Isabel Briggs Myers’ typology here.
- Please send the results of your personality assessment to Jean Weinberg at jean@jeanweinberg.com by February 15 and bring a hard copy to the meeting.
